In 1989 i read Tommy's story. It haunted me until i walked into the staffroom in 2007. Ab employee was reading The Herald.I walked into the staff room one person; I walked out someone different.
The pictures I saw were so impossible to digest, so what were they like to be the subject of? A mother of two, and now three, I no longer get to fully be happy in the contented knowledge that my kids are loved, because I know that Ngarikaura and others will never have the lives THEY DESERVED.

As far as I can see
